Sandymark is the trusted partner of choice for companies and institutional investors seeking sustainable warehousing, manufacturing and logistics property in Ireland.
Our agility and impressive knowledge of industrial real estate have enabled us to identify opportunities in strategic locations, unlocking value through development. We transform greenfield sites into valuable assets that attract blue-chip tenants from diverse sectors.
Based in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, Sandymark built Ireland’s largest light industrial campus spanning 600 acres at Greenogue Business Park, Greenogue Logistics Park and adjoining Aerodrome Business Park, where over 450 companies enjoy exemplary facilities.
Acknowledged as the country’s first enterprise centre in the 1970s, Managing Director Con McCarthy repurposed it in the early 2000s, creating a futureproofed campus with green industrial units for operations of any size.
Prominent in industrial property and logistics development for over 30 years, Con is the founder of Sandymark and has delivered over 6 million square feet of industrial buildings. Actively involved at every stage of the process, his wealth of knowledge spans everything from emerging market trends to regulatory obligations.
He is highly experienced in planning, funding and realising asset potential for investment opportunities of scale. Con is also Managing Director of the management companies overseeing developments, and operated a regulated fund management company for 11 years. His primary focus is developing sustainable projects and new site acquisition.
